MY ACCESS CODE IS NOT WORKING!

 

Carefully type the 12-digit code from your book or access card. All letters should be capitalized. Do not leave any spaces between digits. It is a 12-digit access code containing letters A-F and numbers 0-9. If you are not sure of the letter or number, please submit a ticket with a photo of your access code. We're happy to confirm your code and send a version you can copy/paste! Please Submit a Ticket with as much information on your product and access code as possible. Once you see confirmation your code has been entered correctly, you will need to refresh your browser screen.

 

MY ACCESS CODE IS DAMAGED!

 

We would be happy to help! Please Submit a Ticket with the following information:

 

  • A clear, close-up picture of the code inside the front cover of your book
  • The title, author, and ISBN
  • A clear copy of your receipt

 

Please note if you purchased a used print book, or an eBook from a third-party vendor, you may not have access to online resources or digital products associated with this title.

 

MY ACCESS CODE SAYS IT'S ALREADY BEEN USED!

 

Please note that access codes may only be redeemed once.

 

A re-entry of the code will generate an error message even if you already have access to the product. 

 

MY CLASS ID DOESN'T WORK!

 

In order to enroll in your instructor's class, you must first have access to the correct edition of the product.
