MY ACCESS CODE IS DAMAGED!

 

We would be happy to help! Please Submit a Ticket with the following information:

 

  • A clear, close-up picture of the code inside the front cover of your book
  • The title, author, and ISBN
  • A clear copy of your receipt

 

Please note if you purchased a used print book, or an eBook from a third-party vendor, you may not have access to online resources or digital products associated with this title.

 

MY ACCESS CODE SAYS IT'S ALREADY BEEN USED!

 

Please note that access codes may only be redeemed once.

 

A re-entry of the code will generate an error message even if you already have access to the product. 

 

MY CLASS ID DOESN'T WORK!

 

In order to enroll in your instructor's class, you must first have access to the correct edition of the product.

 

If you do not have access to the product, you may purchase access on FADavis.com.
